These Terms and Conditions form the complete legal agreement between you and pokers.cash. By creating an account or placing a bet on pokers, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything on this page. We have written it in plain English so it is actually readable — please take a few minutes to go through the key sections before you start playing.
These are not a replacement for the full terms below — but they cover what Pakistani players ask about most.
Welcome to pokers.cash. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pokers.cash website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, VIP Club programme and all related features (collectively the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on pokers, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not create an account or use any part of the Platform. Continued use of pokers.cash after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. The most current version of the Terms is always available at this page, and the date at the top of the document reflects when the most recent changes were made.

These Terms apply to all players on pokers regardless of whether you are using a desktop browser, a mobile browser or any other access method. The same rules apply uniformly to every player on the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on pokers.cash. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. pokers.cash reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time during the life of an account. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all bets placed will be declared void and any balance will be returned to the verified account holder of the payment method used for the original deposit.
The Platform is designed and operated for players based in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using pokers.cash complies with the laws applicable to you in your specific location. pokers.cash makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside of its intended market.
By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You must not open an account for, or place bets on behalf of, another person. You also confirm that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement on pokers.cash or any related gaming platform.
Note: Employees of pokers.cash and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional activity on the Platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on pokers.cash. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, pokers.cash reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed through multiple accounts and, in cases involving fraudulent intent, retain all balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering on pokers. This includes your full name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your active Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure. Any withdrawals from an account opened with false information may be held pending identity verification.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. pokers.cash strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings. You must not share your password with any other person. pokers.cash cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.
pokers.cash applies Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of your registered mobile number, or proof of payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 will routinely trigger a KYC review. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the timeframe requested may have withdrawals temporarily suspended.
pokers.cash processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:
Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from a payment account not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, the deposit amount will be returned to its source and the receiving account may be suspended pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount on pokers.cash is Rs 100. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and by account tier. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the account settings panel as part of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform. Self-imposed deposit limits take effect within 24 hours of being set and may not be increased for at least 7 days after the change request.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard processing times are as follows:
Withdrawal requests submitted during KYC review periods may be held until verification is completed. pokers.cash does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; however, your mobile wallet or banking provider may apply their standard transaction fees independently.
All transactions on pokers are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pokers.cash does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any attempt to deposit in a non-PKR currency will be declined at the payment gateway.
Reminder: Your PKR wallet balance on pokers.cash is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers available on pokers.cash are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that particular offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your pokers.cash account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) must be wagered a specified number of times before any funds derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
pokers.cash actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and using betting patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying bonus conditions. Where bonus abuse is detected, pokers reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and close the account.
The welcome bonus available to new registrations on pokers.cash is a 100% match on the first deposit up to Rs 20,000. This bonus is available to each verified player exactly once and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit offer. The bonus is credited automatically upon the qualifying deposit reaching your wallet. Standard wagering requirements apply as detailed in the welcome bonus terms visible in your account promotions section.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any associated free bets expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated. pokers.cash will send a reminder notification before bonus expiry where technically possible, but this does not create an obligation on the Platform to extend the validity period.
The pokers.cash VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme available to all registered players. Membership is automatic — all players start at Bronze tier from their first settled bet. The five tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each carrying progressively enhanced benefits including weekly cashback, faster withdrawal processing, private table access, dedicated Account Managers and personalised seasonal bonuses.
VIP tier status is calculated based on monthly VIP Point accumulation. Points are earned at rates that vary by game type as published in the VIP Club section of the Platform. Monthly VIP Points reset at the end of each calendar month for tier calculation purposes. Redeemable reward points, which may be exchanged for PKR bonuses, are maintained separately and do not expire as long as the account remains active within any 90-day period.
Weekly cashback under the VIP programme is applied to net losses over a Monday-to-Sunday period and credited to the player's PKR wallet each Monday morning. Cashback paid under the VIP programme carries no wagering requirements. The cashback rates applicable to each tier are published in the VIP Club section and may be updated by pokers.cash with reasonable notice.
pokers.cash reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP Club programme at any time with 30 days' advance notice to affected members. In the event of programme discontinuation, all accumulated redeemable points will be credited to members' accounts as PKR bonus funds subject to standard wagering requirements.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are applied per game type, per market and per player tier on pokers.cash. These limits are displayed within the game interface before each bet is placed. pokers reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits at its discretion, including reducing maximum stakes for accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
All bets placed on pokers.cash are accepted subject to the Platform's right to void any bet placed in error — including, but not limited to, bets placed at incorrectly priced odds due to technical or human error. In the event a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's PKR wallet in full. pokers will notify the player of any voided bet as promptly as possible.
Sports bets, including cricket markets, are settled in accordance with the rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. In cases where there is ambiguity in settlement, pokers.cash's decision is final. Live in-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted, not at the time it was placed, in cases where a delay exists between bet placement and acceptance confirmation.
If your connection to the Platform is interrupted during an active game or live bet, pokers.cash will complete the game round using its server-side records. The result determined by the server is final and binding. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during gameplay. pokers.cash is not liable for any losses arising from connection failures on the player's side.
pokers.cash operates with a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited. Tampering with, or attempting to tamper with, any game outcome, the Platform's software, or any other element of the system is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence. The following activities are explicitly prohibited on the Platform:
Consequence: Any of the above violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to appropriate authorities depending on the severity of the conduct.

In summary, pokers.cash collects the personal information you provide during registration and verification, transaction data, gameplay data and technical data about your device and connection. This data is used to operate the Platform, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve our services. pokers does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in operating the Platform and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
All content on pokers.cash — including but not limited to the pokers brand name and logo, all game graphics and sound effects, software, user interface design, text and documentation — is the intellectual property of pokers.cash or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use this intellectual property for any purpose outside of normal use of the Platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any element of the pokers.cash Platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of the pokers brand or any Platform content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pokers.cash's liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pokers.cash is not liable for:
The Platform is provided "as is" and pokers.cash makes no warranty — express or implied — that it will be available continuously, error-free or that any specific game or feature will remain available at all times.
You may close your pokers.cash account at any time by contacting support@pokers.cash with a closure request from your registered email address. Before closing, any verified real-money balance in your PKR wallet will be returned to your registered payment method. Any bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
pokers.cash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where: the player has breached any part of these Terms; fraudulent activity is suspected; the player has provided false identity information; or regulatory requirements necessitate account closure. Where an account is closed due to Terms violations, pokers reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. pokers.cash will attempt to notify you by email before a dormancy fee is applied. A monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is less) will be deducted from dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in.
pokers.cash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or via an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or regulation, in which case it takes effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date. The date at the top of this page always reflects when these Terms were last updated.
